ASF ensures transparency in the handling of donations.

1. General Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payments

• Unauthorized / fraudulent transaction

• Technical error during payment

No refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Completed project contributions

• Donor misunderstanding

2. Refund Request

Include:

• Name

• Date of donation

• Transaction ID / UTR

• Screenshot proof

• Reason for refund

ASF will verify and process within 7–14 business days.

3. Tax Receipts

If a refund is issued:

• The donor must return/void any tax receipts (if issued).
